Memorial, first cut

Beverley Harber passed away at the end of November 2017, and, yes, I'll miss her too. (This was a text from Vickie R.)
Here is the point of view from a close acquaintance.

I first met Bev at a bar she was bartending at in Costa Mesa, Calif. It was kismet, of sorts--we were both voracious readers, and we both liked to cook and eat.

If you think "could be anybody," we didn't read anything--it was mostly what I would term high level pop--so, some science fiction/fantasy, some mystery. Food?: we both loved a Japanese restaurant on Harbor Blvd.

Bev's dinners were always spectacular. Most everyone cooks, not many people do it as well as Bev did. I remember a Pork Crown Roast that was wonderful.

What am I looking for here? Pictures would be nice; I have a few from when I was living with Vickie R. and when Rick (Bev's close friend) passed away, but some better shots would be nice. Anecdotes and stories would be much appreciated. Please feel free to post in the comments section.

Nope's: trolling; got a beef with Bev, who cares?. I want to try to make this better than a funeral home memorial page. Please help me do this.
